You’re the kind of person that waits for someone on the busiest street in the pouring rain, even if cars are splashing tire puddles like crazy. You’re the kind of person that will drop everything at 3am just to make sure someone is okay. You’re the kind of person that will stop and smell the flowers even if you’re running 30 minutes late for a meeting. You’re all of these things but you still cry yourself to sleep. You’re all of these things but you still put up a front, because it’s easier to be an asshole and get treated like shit than it is to be a saint and get treated like shit. You’re all of these things but you’re still running out of reasons to keep holding on. Don’t let the poison set in; squeeze every last bit out of your life.
